Accommodation

We offer a small number of simply furnished rooms (untreated wood).

There are two floors with 5 rooms for up to 12 people.

Since spring 2018 we offer 2 double rooms, 1triple, 1 quadrulpe and 1 single room. Each of our new rooms has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

With the new rooms there is also more comfort to the cottage. We have now managed to provide electricity for lighting and chargers in the rooms.

 
Round the day off with a dinner on our terrace or in our cosy parlour and enjoy our traditional Tyrolean specialties.
Our house guests are mostly served dishes taken from the cookbook “Zu Gast bei Rosa Herbst”.

 
 
In 2026 the price per person and night in half board is 90€.

Surcharges/reductions:
7,00 € per baby bed per night (on request)
5,00 € surcharge per person and night stays under 4 nights

4,00€ reduction for a minimum stay of 7 nights

The bringing of your pet must be confirmed. Surely you understand that we have to charge a small fee of 10.00 € per night.

When booked, we offer luggage transport on the day of arrival and departure

Children’s price:
FREE for children of up to 2 years of age!
2 bis 4,99 years   between 43,00€ and 47,00€ depending on the length of stay
5 bis 11,99 years between 68,00€ and 76,00€ depending on the length of stay

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations of up to 15 days before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price, between the 14th and 8th day 60%, between the 7th and the previous day 75%. In case of no show the total price will be charged.
